It is uncalled for to waste a lot of time talking about issues when there are specific business questionnaires which can be asked and answered in the comfort of your home or office without many distractions.

After you've created an account and logged in, "Questionnaire Part 1,2,3" etc will appear in the menu under "Business Assessment". Click "Questionnaire Part 1" to start.
The questionnaire pages contain forms (8 in total) for you to provide information about your business operations.
Your information is treated under our strict confidentiality policy and will not be shared with anyone other than your assigned mentor/consultants and only then used to provide our service to you.
If you find any questions make you feel uncomfortable, or you need to chat about any issue, please make a note of it and we will discuss it with you during the phone consultation afterwards.
Fill in the data on each form and click the "Submit" button before going on to the next step.
