WHO WE ARE:

Kevin Ginbey is the Managing Director for Effective Management Group Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane Australia.

Effective Management Group, administration consultants and trainers who have developed solutions for better business for all types of industries and organisations.

Mr Ginbey has a personal research focus on small to medium business management systems, streamlining methods which assist overloaded or overworked small business operatives work through various issues. This activity assisted in the development of the Win-Win Staff Incentive Programs and the Win-win Market Share Programs. These incentive programs have now increased to include Sales Team Incentive Programs and a host of new incentives program on the development trail.

 He is himself a student of the works of American engineer and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard, and bases the content of his lectures and consulting on Mr. Hubbard’s unparallel discoveries in the field of management

Mr Ginbey worked as an international management consultant to a variety of organisations, which, includes training others into the consulting profession.

 With 26 years of experience in self employment and the manufacturing industry, Barry has extensive experience in the development and responsibilities of Management and the Management Team. Barry has been a long serving President of an Australian Industry association, Director on Regional Development Boards, Member of two Australian Standards Committees and Business Consultant and Management Coach to many SME’s in Australia.

 Specialist areas are in key responsibilities and reporting systems for the management team, budgeting, financial planning, cash flow and staff performance and incentive schemes. Recognizing that most Owner/Managers are under great pressures, and usually overloaded, these specialist areas are key to ensuring the Owner/Manager maintains an overview of the whole company and that it is meeting the goals and expectations of all interested parties
